The Moksha Yoga class is the best class for a beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner.
What Makes Us Unique? The Moksha series is 40ish postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (98F and 35% humidity). Each Moksha class is cardiovascular, and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles.
All of our Classes taught by Moksha Yoga certified teachers. They have extensive training from Moksha International and our own studio. Each and every teacher is inspired and ready to guide you with intelligence and heart.
