    Ignite the power center in the core of your body. Many yoga poses are core poses, and this class highlights that. A Yoga class with focus on flow movement, and abdominal and back work.

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

    A $7 Moksha/Moksha Flow class, sometimes it is led by a teacher-in-training.
